Notwithstanding provisions in this clause of these conditions, the User communicating personal data shall require consent to the specific conditions set forth for each specific service. Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the user guarantees the truthfulness, exactness and authenticity of all data it provides, and shall keep the provided information updated, being held responsible to JUMALOG for any and all liabilities arising as a result of providing false or inexact information, or that does not meet the aforementioned requirements, and the damages that this company or third parties may suffer as a result of this circumstance.

Pursuant to the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, JUMALOG, as owning company of the webpage www.jumalog.com, hereby informs the User that it processes personal data, both in document and in digital format, under its control and created with the data obtained on the JUMALOG website.

The purpose of said processing is to maintain, develop and control relations held with Users as a result of using the website, as well as to provide promotional and advertising activities, by any means, including sending emails and messages through any system, including SMS, UMTS, etc., which may prove of interest to Users to maintain, broaden and improve services, thus adapting our offers to Users’ preferences or needs, based on studying and segmenting personal and commercial information in our files as a result of using the Site and its services.

The User expressly consents to the inclusion of his or her data collected while using the website, data provided in filling out any form or data stemming from the commercial relationship the User may have with JUMALOG through the website; the User also expressly grants authorisation to use his or her email address and telephone number to comply with each and every one of the processing purposes described in the paragraph above, unless otherwise stated.

For the purpose of improving browsing and providing better service to the User, JUMALOG may possibly active cookie programmes to recognise the User. The User expressly consents to this processing, and in any event, JUMALOG hereby informs the User that it is possible change the settings in his or her browser so that cookie files cannot be created, or to put out a warning when this occurs.

JUMALOG may hire the provision of services to third parties, entailing that a third party may access the User’s personal data within the scope of providing a service, leading to a data processing under the conditions set forth in articles 28 and 29 of the European Regulation 2016/679.

In these cases, JUMALOG shall regulate data processing through the pertinent confidentiality contract, where the commitments that both parties enter into to process personal data regarding confidentiality and security shall be clearly set forth.

In the event that the entity processing the data is outside the European area, these entities shall be, in the opinion of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, entities that have a demonstrable similar security level, by these means:

  1. The company providing the service is on the list of countries with a degree of protection comparable to the European Union’s.
  2. The company is expressly authorised for international transfer of personal data by the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
  3. The company providing the service works under the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement.

JUMALOG guarantees the implementation of sufficient security measures to guarantee the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the User’s personal data, prevent their alteration, loss of unauthorised access, pursuant to the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and its article 32.

In application of articles 15 through 21 of the aforementioned European Regulation, the User may exercise, at any time, his or her rights to access, rectification or deletion, processing limitation, opposition and/or portability. To do so, the User must address JUMALOG through any of the customary channels of communication.

In all cases, to exercise said rights, the User must previously identify him or herself, unequivocally, guaranteeing that he or she is the owner of the personal data over which he or she wishes to exercise the right. As soon as possible, and in any event, without undue delay, JUMALOG shall render said right effective. In the event that the User deems that his or her request to exercise rights has not been properly complied with, the User may file a claim with the responsible Control Authority:

JUMALOG reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to adapt it to changes in law or case law, as well as to new market uses, in which case said modifications shall be announced to the User before entering into force, and sufficiently beforehand so that it may be deemed the User was made aware of the modifications made.
