Supplier search and verification
We select the suppliers that best fit our clients’ needs for: quality, production capability, technical feasibility, etc. Moreover, we take care of forging a relationship with said suppliers to create bonds of trust and constant, fluid communication.
We make sure that the selected suppliers are technically capable, and that their products meet the client’s requirements: we tour the factory, we contact them personally, we conduct an assessment survey, etc., and we verify that they are reliable and able to offer the required services and products.

Our quality control team is exclusively comprised of Spanish and Latin American professionals, which guarantees greater comprehension when drawing up reports and dealing with clients.
The client sends the technical specifications that must be assessed during the inspection process beforehand, differentiating between critical or slight defects. After this, we continue with statistical procedures oriented toward AQL quality improvement methodology (Acceptable Quality Limit). Our entire team is trained on the work methodology which, along with a statistical sampling process, reduces risks in purchasing.
International logistics
We offer a container booking and loading service to load freight to different ports all over the world.
We efficiently and quickly manage the process, from delivering the goods at supplier warehouses to their destination to be loaded in containers, always guaranteeing that established timeframes are met.
Customs services
We take charge of carefully and professionally conducting the process and procedures required by the Customs Authority to streamline release of freight at the port to our client’s final destination by established deadlines.

Accompaniment and translation service
We have native staff with a fluent level of English and Spanish to accompany our clients during their stay in China. This staff is accustomed to working with foreign clients during visits to suppliers and industrial fairs.
